Research Attachment at Texas A&M University Qatar (TAMUQ) and Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU)
10-days attachment
Two HoPES researchers (Ms. Adeline Tan Shu Ting and Ms Cheng Xin Hui) has recently completed their 10-days attachment at Texas A&M University at Qatar (TAMUQ) and Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU). TAMUQ is a branch of Texas A&M University while HBKU is a public university, both located within Education City in Doha, the capital city of Qatar. This visit served as a continuation of a previous trip by Associate Prof. Ir. Dr. Viknesh Andiappan and Associate Prof. Ir. Dr. How Bing Shen, further strengthening research collaboration between the TAMUQ, HBKU and SUTS. During the visit, the researchers attended the ACS Qatar Chapter and RSC Regional MEA Conference 2024, where they had the opportunity to connect with researchers and professionals in their field. They also had the chance to conduct a series of productive discussions with the research team at TAMUQ and HBKU, opening doors for potential future collaborations.
